Bo Hedenström's 1956 Ford Fairlane of Stockholm, Sweden. The build, know as the Avalanche, was started in 1966 and completed in 1967.
Chris Rusbach's 1956 Ford Crown Victoria of Stanhope, New Jersey. Rusbach, who is a member of the Certs Jersey car club bought the car already customized in the summer of 2019. He was told that it came to the East Coast from West Nevada around 2016 - 2017.
The first version of Don Von Dwingelo's 1956 Ford Thunderbird as it appeared in 1959.
The second version of Don Von Dwingelo's 1956 Ford Thunderbird made its debut in 1960.
Ed Roth's 1956 Ford F-100 truck of Maywood, California. Ed, who was a member of the Maywood Drag Wagons, bought the truck in 1957. He wanted to use it as a promotion vehicle for his custom paint and pinstripe business, so he gave it a red flame paint job the same year.
Gene Boucher's 1956 Ford, The Marquis, was restyled by Bill Cushenbery of Cushenbery Custom Shop. The build took two and a half year to complete, and it made its debut in January of 1962.
Howard Gribble's 1956 Ford F-100, of Torrance, California, received a flame paint job by Walt Prey in 1975.
The KHJ Surfin' Bird was restyled by Bill Cushenbery at Cushenbery Custom Shop for 93 KHJ Boss radio's "Big Kahuna" promotion in 1966. The Surfin' Bird is one of the last known true custom cars to be completed by Cushenbery.
Mitchell de Moor's 1956 Ford Customline of Toronto, Ontarioa, Canada. The first version of Mitchell's Ford was completed in 2012.
Peter Chiraluce's 1956 Ford Victoria of West Haven, Connecticut. Peter's Ford was restyled by Bernardo Auto Body.
Roy Senior's 1956 Ford Victoria of West Haven, Connecticut was restyled around 1957-1958.
Sam and Carl Lombardo's 1956 Ford of Brecksville, Ohio was restyled some time between 1956 and 1958.
Sven Sandberg's 1956 Ford Sunliner convertible of Stockholm, Sweden. Sven's Sunliner was completed in 1964, featuring a Burgundy Mist paint job by his brother Bo Sandberg. Bo ran a custom shop named Yankee Customs.
Åge Gustavsen's 1956 Ford Crown Victoria pick up of Halden, Norway. The build was completed in 1970.
