Bob Johnston's 1923 Ford Model T Roadster - The Tweedy Pie
Larry Watson's 1950 Chevrolet of Bellflower, California. Watson started practicing pinstriping in 1956, at age 16, and he used his first car to practice on.
Larry Watson's 1950 Chevrolet of Bellflower, California. The Rose Mist version of Larry's Chevrolet featured bodywork by Ed Schelhaas of Schelhaas Custom Shop. The build was completed in 1956, and as Larry hadn't started painting complete cars yet he had Ed's painter, George Newton, paint it. George painted the car in an Ivory lacquer at the bottom, and a new Oldsmobile metallic color named Rose Mist on the top.
Jerry Koller's 1955 Ford of Bellflower, California. Known as the "Doll Buggy," Jerry's Ford featured a scallop paint job by Larry Watson of Watson's House of Style. The car was painted around 1958-59.

Watsons Custom Auto Painting - New Location - 17412 Lakewood Blvd - At the peak in 1966, Larry Watson sold his shop on Lakewood Boulevard in Paramount and moved to Mexico to pursue an acting career with his wife. Late in 1966, he returned to California, where he opened up a new shop at 17412 Lakewood Blvd., on the corner of Artesia and Bellflower. While he was away, two other "Watson" custom paint shops had sprung up in the area, offering custom paint jobs to teenagers that didn't know better, so after returning, Watson had to start promoting his shop as the real deal again. These chromed business cards were made when Watson returned from Mexico. Donated by Marshall Tripp, this card comes from the office of Larry Watson. Jim Logue's 1954 Ford convertible of Long Beach, California. Completed in 1958, Jim's Ford featured hydraulic lifts from aircraft surplus parts to alter the ground clearance. Jim's Ford is the first known custom car to be fitted with hydraulic lifts on all four corners, and it might be the very first custom to ever to incorporate this groundbreaking modification. Jim's Ford is also known as "The Fabulous X54." Bryan Robinson of Bellflower bought the car in 2015.
George Garcia's 1958 Ford Ranchero of Bellflower, California. George's Ranchero was built as a tribute to Richard Lee Tiago's 1957 Ford Ranchero, according to him the best custom Ranchero ever built. The build was completed in 2018.
