1951 Chevrolet Convertible restyled by Seibert's Auto Repair in Fresno and Harris' Body Shop for Dick Andersen of San Luis Obispo, California. The hood was shaved and peaked and the headlights were frenched. The grille shell highlight was molded to the body to achieve a cleaner and smoother look. The front was fit with a tubular grille and the bumper guards were removed. A 1957 Chevrolet pickup grille was molded to the rear and fit with a split tube grille sporting the license plate in the middle. Taillights from a 1951 Packard were installed. Trim from a 1959 Pontiac were added and the body was finished in Pagan Gold. The interior was stitched up by Green's Upholstery Shop for a finishing touch. Chromed wheels fit with a bullet center and custom made exhaust completed the look.[1]
