1940 Chevrolet coupe owned and restyled by Mike Bello of Bello's Kustoms in San Diego, California. Named "El Ruletero," the chopped and shaved Chevrolet has been fit with 1941 Cadillac bumpers. Painted Yellow Cream, the build was completed in 2017, and it made its debut at the 2017 Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona.
