1963 Chevrolet Impala SS owned by Johnnie Alan McCann of Redondo Beach, California. The car was painted by Watson's House of Style in custom green with flakes that went from light to dark with changing light on it. The car sounded real good due to the 4 track sound system. Johnnie rebuilt the 327 engine to produce 350 hp. The Impala was a common sight on Hawthorne Blvd cruisin' 15 miles per hour from 10pm until 3 am in the 1960's. The usual hang out places were A&W, the Witchstand, Clancey Burger, Hawthorne Blvd and La Brea Blvd.[1]
