The Ramblers was a car club from Long Beach, California. It was started in 1950, and the charter members and most of the members went to Poly High. A few went to Wilson. Bruce Bartlett was a charter member. Monte Trone was a good friend of Bruce, and a member of the Long Beach Cavaliers. Monte had been a Cavaliers member for a while, and he gave Bruce some good advice and pointers that was very helpful for the newly established club.[1]

Dick's Body Shop

In 2019 Bruce Bartlett told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama that Dick Farguson at Dick's Body Shop did work on the majority of their club cars; "He did really nice work and the best part for all us high school kids, he was very reasonable. He did a '47 Cad for me just before I graduated."[1]
