Rick Erickson owner of Extreme Kustoms is a Kustom Car builder specializing in 1949 to 51 Mercs as well as high tech air ride suspensions and Kustom frame work. Rick is known for sleek styles, top chops and tasteful kustom body modifications. Rick goes by the nicknames of Sultan of Sled, and Radical Rick. Ricks' father Ken Erickson is a well known car builder himself building Kustom Cars for over 50 years with Rick working along with his Dad for over 35+ years. Together they have built many award winning Hot Rods, Street Rods and Kustoms. Rick has been in the auto industry all of his life, building many race cars, motors, sand dragsters, an alcohol funny car “Calif. Gold”, as well as alcohol dragsters. Rick has set a few world records in sand drags and 1/4 mile drag races.Rick is married to his beautiful wife Carrol, and together they run Extreme Kustoms a 4000 square foot shop in Southern California. Their moto is "If you can imagine it... We can Build it".
