Art Lehner's 1932 Ford 3-Window Coupe of South Gate, California. Art ran Art Chrome Body Shop in South Gate, and most of the work on the car was performed there. The build was started in 1961, and completed sometime around 1961-1962. Known as "The Blue Indigo," it is believed that Art built the car from the remains of Walt Banker's 1932 Ford 3-Window Coupe.
Kenny Controtto's 1939 Ford Convertible of South Gate, California was restyled in the 1940s.
Emil Dietrich's 1939 Ford convertible of South Gate, California. Emil bought the car from Jack Runyan in the mid 1940s. Jack used to hang out at State and Hope Street near Huntington Park. He bought the car brand new at a Ford dealer in South Gate. The car was already customized when Emil bought it.
Gil Lippincott's 1934 Ford Tudor was restyled in 1950.
Lou Kimzey's 1941 Buick convertible of South Gate, California. Lou was the first Art Director for Hop Up Magazine in 1951.

Wall Custom Cars of South Gate was a used car dealership specializing in customized cars. Forey and Glen Wall started the dealership in 1955.
