Bill Burke's First Streamliner

Streamliner called the "Hot Rod Special" built by Road Runners SCTA member Bill Burke. The vehicle ran a stock 80-ci Harley Davidson motorcycle engine. It turned 136.90 mph and set a class O record that stood for ten years. The body, weighing 740 lbs, was made out of fibergalss.
