Von Dutch drew the first known "Flying Eyeball" in 1948. After Von Dutch created the first original "Flying Eyeball" in 1948, a lot of other known lowbrow artists made their version of the "Flying Eyeball". After Von Dutch, Ed Roth made his version, and in 1951 Dean Jeffries drew a "Flying Eyeball" with a rollerskate on it. [1]
