Fuel Injection

Fuel injection eliminates many of the disadvantages of the ordinary carburetor. Fuel Injection provides each Cylinder with a continuous, controlled flow of fuel fed in under pressure. The greatest advantage of the Fuel Injection lies in the fact that it can take in a much greater amount of air than a Carburetor will supply. Since the injector can also supply the necessary amount of fuel to go with the abundance of air, the result is a gain of 10 to 34 percent in Horsepower. Another advantage of fuel injection over standard carburetion is a 40 to 50 percent reduction in fuel consumption resulting from even distribution of fuel to the cylinders and positive control of fuel metering at all engine speeds.
