George Bistagne's 1938 Ford DeLuxe Convertible Sedan

George Bistagne bought a slightly used 1938 Ford DeLuxe Convertible Sedan in 1939 or 1940. He and his older brother Tom went over to Roy Hagy's shop to learn how to do custom tricks such as chopping the windshield and side windows, filling the hood sides, shaving the nose and deck, recessing the license plate, and removing the running boards. After the War, in 1946, the Bistagne Brothers opened their own custom shop in Glendale.[1]
