1941 Ford Tudor owned by San Bernardino Krankers member George Contaoi of San Bernardino, California. When George finally turned 16 in 1950, he was finally able to acquire a car. He got hold of a well used 1941 Ford tudor, which he and his friend Dick Richardson of Dick Richardson's Custom Shop. George wanted his high school ride to be as low as possible, and a lot of work went into the chassis in order to hug the ground. The headlights were frenched, and the trim on the fenders were shaved. The deck lid was shaved, and the rear bumper guards were removed. Up front, he had a set of whitewalls, but a set of blackwall tires nestled behind the 1941 Ford long skirts. He sold the car in 1952 when he bought a 1947 Mercury.[1]
