Dave Wright's 1959 Chevrolet El Camino of Poole, United Kingdom is a distinctive custom that originated from Wright's admiration for Gene Winfield and Larry Watson. Named The Golden Idol, Wright's El Camino manifests his vision and the expertise of these celebrated car customizers. He purchased the car in 1989. In 1994, he decided to turn it into a 1960s show car. After restyling the body, Wright flew Gene Winfield in from Mojave, California to have him lay down one of his famous fade paint jobs. The build was completed two years later, in 2009.

Jerry Moffatt's 1939 Ford Convertible of Los Angeles, California. Restyled by Jerry at Olive Hill Garage, the build was completed in 1946. Frank Weeks of Glendale bought the remains of the old custom in 1969. In the 1990s the car was painted House of Kolor Candy Red.
Dennis McPhail's 1960 Ford Fairlane of Wellington, Kansas. Restyled by Hooligan Hot Rods and Jeff Myers the build was completed in 2010 featuring House of Kolor and Sikkens paint.
Roger Miret's 1954 Chevrolet 210 of Scottsdale, Arizona. Known as "Morphine," the build was started in 2010 and completed in 2018. Roger's Chevrolet was painted with House of Kolor Orion Silver Shimrin Basecoat.
Mike Maurice's 1963 Chevrolet Bel Air of Biddeford, Maine. Known as "Spill the Wine," Mike wanted to create an alternative to the cliche lowrider of today when he set out to restyle the Bel Air in 2017. "My goal was to bring back forgotten trends in books like Popular Customs." Featuring a panel paint job by Richie Borrelli, the build was completed in 2019. Mike and Richie laid a House of Kolor silver flake base before Starfire deep Candy red panels were added.
