1951 Ford restyled by Darryl Starbird of Star Kustom Shop for Jack Bell. Jack's Ford was restyled at Darryl's first shop located at 734 E. Mt. Vernon. The shop sat so close to the railroad tracks that Darryl recalls one night rolling Jack's Ford out in the dark, locking up and going home. When he returned the next morning a train had taken off the back end and totaled the in-progress custom. A replacement car was found so the work could continue.[1]
