1932 Ford 2 Door Sedan owned and raced by Culver City Screwdrivers member Jim Papworth of Culver City, California. Jim was a member of the Screwdrivers from 1948 until he went into the service late in 1950. Jim ran the sedan in the B-Class in 1950. It was chopped and fully fit with a belly pan. The front was from a Kurtis Kraft, and the engine was a 3/8 by 3/8 Ford with a direct drive to the rear end. It id not have a transmission. The rear end was a 3.27. Jim set the class record of 133.32 on a two way average with the sedan. The one way speed was 139.86. The record lasted for one day.[1]

By 1951 the sedan was owned by fellow Culver City Screwdrivers members Jerry Keldrauk and Bill Boren.[2] At the September 1951 Rusetta Timing Meet, Boren and Keldrauk turned 128.11 mph with the sedan. A photo from the event was published in Hop Up September 1951. The caption underneath the photo mis-spelled Jerry's last name as Keldrank.[3]


Boren and Keldrauk did also race the sedan at the 1951 Bonneville meet. They received the high number 520 because they didn't have a SCTA membership. The sedan had a 305 cu. in. Mercury flathead engine, and it was running in the C Modified Sedan Class at Bonneville. Later on Don Rackermann would race the sedan.[4]
