1941 Ford Convertible owned and restyled by John Sak of Syracuse, New York in 1955. In 1952 John wrecked a similar restyled 1941 Ford in a bad accident that almost took his life. The second '41 featured a glossy black paint job, ripple-bumpers, whitewall-tires, duals spotlights, a filled center grill and a complete leopard skin upholstery. The hood was shaved, and the side trim was shortened. John's second '41 was built while he was working in a DeSoto Plymouth garage, at no cost.[1]
