1955 Oldsmobile restyled by the Alexander Brothers for Johnny Krzysik of Detroit, Michigan. The car is also known as "The Vagabond". The front fenders on Johhny's Oldsmobile were extended and modified to accept a pair of deeply tunneled and canted quad headlights. The hood ornamentation was shaved before quarter-moon scoops were cut into either side of the hood. The front was further restyled by installing a new grille was made from floating tube bars. 1958 Ford side trim was installed on the car, along with dual spotlights and side pipes that were molded to the rockers. Ribbed aluminum was used on parts of the exhaust. Hubcaps from a 1956 Lincoln Continental were fit on the car. The hubcaps were modified by installing chromed bullets in the center. The doors and deck lid were shaved of their handles and ornamentation. The rear fenders were reworked to accept a pair of 1960 Chrysler taillights. The lower pan section was frenched and molded in with bullets set in a sculptured housing.[1]

Around 1961 the Vagabond was owned by Rex Boyce. When Rex owned the car, it featured a scallop paint job by Paul Hatton. Rex owned it for a year or two. According to Brothers Custom Automotive, he got so much attention with the car that it was a pain to own, so he decided to sell it.[2]
