1956 Ford Customline owned and restyled by Mitchell "Moose" de Moor of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mitchell grew up in Dubai. The traditional hot rod and kustom scene was non-existent in Dubai, but Mitchell always wanted one. While finishing up high school he posted on the H.A.M.B. asking if any shops would take on an apprentice. He got a message back from Alex Gambino at Gambino Kustoms, who told him to come on down. Mitchell flew back to Canada, bought the car and got his license before he drove the car all the way down to San Jose. When Mitchell found the Ford, it had received an amateur restoration. It was painted GM Corvette Torch Red and Pearl White. The Pearl had a blue and purple effect. It was powered by a 272 Ford Y-Block that was hooked to a 1993 Ford Mustang GT Borg Warner T-5 transmission.[1]

At Gambino Kustoms, Mitchell shaved the door handles, hood, trunk emblems and more. He returned to Canada in 2012. Back home he lowered the Customline 3" in the back, and he installed a set of [Firestone 670-15 3 1/4 Inch Whitewall tires]] and Lancer hubcaps. Mitchell also installed high jackers and an air lift compressor on the car so he could adjust the height. [1]

In 2013 the Mitchell got rear ended at a red light, and the car was badly damaged. He fixed it up again, and by September of 2013 the car was back on the road again. According to Mitchell the '56 has been through hell and back, as he has driven it across almost every state and province. Future plans are to make the Customline into a wild kustom.[1]
