Bill and Tom Sperry's 1952 Mercury - Casper the Ghost
1952 Mercury owned by Lakeland Modifiers members Bill and Tom Sperry. The car was originally pearl white with red scallops. Later, it was painted blue and dressed up with a chromed Cadillac mill. According to rumors, the car was parted out.[1] According to Ray Soff, the car was taken apart, and the engine went into a 1932 Ford. Lenny had the '32. One day, he took it out drunk, hit a curb, flew out, and passed away. Lenny's wife sold the car. It ended up in a conflict after that, and the car and garage got burned down.[2]
