Hasse Broberg's Modified
Inspired by Palle Eriksson's wild Chevrolet -24 bucket, Pelle Karlson ("Lill-Pelle") of Stockholm started to collect parts for his own Hot rod.
He was only 14 years old at the time around 1963. Pelle found the frame for free in a small junkyard in the nearby woods.
The body is from a Model A sedan that was very rusty and radically cut into a bucket shape. A smallblock Chevrolet engine was fitted in the car.
As Pelle was underage, he got a lot of help from Hasse Broberg. Hasse, who was a member of the Sill Drivers, completed the build and made it driveable in 1964.[1].
Hasse took ownership of the car and showed it at Hot Rod Show. What happened to the car after that is unknown.
