An original 1949 Ford Tudor. After the Second World War, Ford Motor Company had been producing remodeled designs of their 1942 models. When the 1949 model was introduced, it was revolutionary. 3 inches lower than its predecessors, the design was sleek and slab-sided. The final design of the '49 Ford came from a team of freelancers headed by Richard Caleal. Before the car went into production, Ford's own designers just made some minor modifications. Bengt Wennergren's 1949 Ford of Enskedefältet in Stockholm, Sweden. 1949 Fords have always been popular to customize. When Bengt bought the Ford, the rear end was already restyled by Leif "Grillkorven" Rose. The build was completed in 1963.
