First issue of Car Craft Magazine, published as "Car Craft Formerly HONK!".

Publisher for the magazine was R E Peterson, and the editor was John Christy. The magazine ran 66 pages, color cover, and black and white pages. Car Craft continued the Honk format which featured any car, motorcycle, or boat of interest. As the issues went on it would move to a strictly hot rod and custom car forma
