At Hot Rod Show 1970

Ivve Hallberg from Sollentuna saw 1966 an ad of an old Ford in the daily newspaper, DN. He hadn't got time himself so he let his brother buy the car if it was fairly OK.

Thus, he became owner of a Ford 1932 Sport coupe, meaning side-windows in doors, integrated windshield frame and fixed top.The car came from Denmark.
Ivve modified the body with another windshield and a fold-down cab. The frame was boxed and as Ivve wanted the best suspension he selected a front end from a 1964 Corvair.
Volvo disc brakes were added together with rack-n-pinion steering from Triumph Herald.
For the rear end Ivve first had a Chevy axle but it got replaced by a Jaguar E-type. This was probably the first Hot Rod in Sweden with independent suspension and disc brakes on all four wheels!

As driveline, Ivve chose a Chevy 350 ci engine and TH350 transmission.

Ivve painted the car himself in red cellulosa with white pinstriping.

The car got approved by SBP in 1968. Many miles have passed with this perfectly built masterpiece.

Ivve sold the car in mid 1970s to Inge Boberg in Lerum.

The car is now owned by Johan Dahlquist in Floda. He intend to maintain the car and not modify it.
