1958 Ford Thunderbird restyled, owned and painted by Jesse Lopez. The thunderbird was the first car Jesse painted using the Candy Paint he had developed by experimenting with mixing toners and clears. Once he discovered the paint he rushed to get it on the car, leaving body modifications to a minimum. Jesse sold recipe to George Barris who canned it and sold it as Kandy Lak.[1]
