Joe Edd Ray of Shelbyville, Indiana. Joe ran an upholstery shop in Shelbyville. In 2016 Joe's son Todd told Kustomrama that his dad started out in California when he got out of the Navy. Joe did many interiors for Shelbyville customizer Bob Metz.[1]
