The Street Angels was a car club out of Santa Rosa, California. At age 19, Carl Skov was the President of the club. When Carl was the President, the club had over 100 members. In 2015 Carl told Kustomrama that the club was started around 1954; "To get into the club you had to own a car or truck and have a drivers license. Then you were voted on after we safety checked your vehicle. You had to go outside while you were voted on."[1]

In May of 2015 the old club had a their first meeting in many years. 30 people showed up, and the new members consisted of grandsons and sons of the original members.[1]
