Deerfield is a quaint village nestled in Dane County, Wisconsin, United States. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 2,319 residents​. The village is part of the larger Town of Deerfield and falls within the Madison Metropolitan Statistical Area. It's surrounded by other towns and villages, such as Marshall, Medina, London, Cambridge, and Cottage Grove.[1]
