Frank Sandoval's 1936 Ford 3-Window Coupe was restyled in the 1940s. Frank bought the car after he returned from Army service around 1946 - 1947.

Franks Sandoval was born in 1927. He served in the US Army, and Howard Gribble believes he was in Europe near the end of WWII.[1]
