The Gear Jammers was a hot rod and custom car club from San Jose, California. In 2020 Eric Bracher told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama that Babe Royer, of Babe's Muffler, was an honorary member of the club.[1]

Bill Ramsey was a member of the club in the 1950s. "He lived in Niles, California, which is 20 miles north of San Jose," Bill's son Ron told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama in 2020. Ron remembered his dad telling him stories about going to meetings in San Jose, "and after the meeting was over, they were 2-4 hot rods racing back to a drive in to hang out. Whoever got there first had the fastest hot rod." In 2020 Bill was living in Corvallis, Montana.[2]
